RINGANA FRESH Cleanser Review: The Gentle First Step in My Routine
My RINGANA FRESH cleanser review starts where my skincare routine starts: step one, every morning and every evening. I began using it in 2024 in Germany, when I was 46. My assigned RINGANA Partner recommended it during my consultation, to replace the exfoliating cleanser I was using. My skin is normal, but with perimenopause it became more sensitive to strong products, so I wanted something gentle. Here I share how I use it, how it feels, and what I would change.
One gentle cleanser instead of two
Light enough for every morning and every night.
It removes my everyday makeup, mascara included, and leaves my skin clean and soft, never tight. It also replaced the second face cleanser I used to keep in the shower.
It suits you if you like a creamy, gentle cleanser and wear light makeup like I do. If you love a foaming face wash, this is not one, and the pump makes it hard to dose exactly.

How I use it
I use it twice a day, every morning and every evening. On a wet face, I gently massage 2 to 3 pumps over my face, neck and décolleté, then rinse it off with warm water. The directions are on the bottle, so it was easy from day one.
In the evening, it is also my makeup remover. My makeup is simple: a tinted sunscreen, mascara and lipstick. The cleanser takes it all off at once, mascara included, and I have never had a problem around my eyes.

Texture, scent and how it feels
FRESH cleanser is a creamy milk. It does not foam, and it feels light on my skin. I have never found another cleanser this light. The scent is fresh, light and herbal, and I enjoy it every time I use it.
After rinsing, my skin feels clean, soft and moisturized, never tight. That feeling is a little addictive.
What I noticed since 2024
Together with the rest of my routine, my skin looks fresher and healthy-looking to me: balanced, not oily, not dry, and clean.
It also made my routine simpler. I used to keep a separate face cleanser in the shower. Now I don’t need two, and I use less soap in the shower.
The way my skin feels after rinsing is the reason I keep coming back to it, morning and night.

Does FRESH cleanser remove makeup?
It removes my everyday makeup: tinted sunscreen, mascara and lipstick, all at once. I don’t wear heavy makeup, so I can’t tell you how it handles more.
Can you use it around the eyes?
I use it on my whole face, eyes included, and it has always been fine for me.
Does it foam?
No. It is a creamy milk with no foam.
How long does one bottle last?

What do you use after the cleanser?
